Unlike some Settlement Agents, we do not charge extra for postage, petties, photocopying, telephone calls or faxes. Nor do we charge for services that we deem to be part and parcel of a standard settlement. These include settlement re-booking/attendance fees and client banking. There are sometimes additional services that are required to complete a settlement. Our commitment is to always be fair and reasonable with these costs. Should any additional services be required, you will be immediately notified on review of your Contract.
As with all property settlements, there are standard government and other fees and charges. These are always charged to you at the cost to us and can include:
Seller - Title Searches, Landgate Registration Fees and additional bank cheques above those entitled to on the contract.
Buyer - Title Searches, Landgate Registration Fees, Change of Ownership Enquires for Local Authority, Water Corporation, State Planning & Office of State Revenue, Strata Section 43 Enquiry, and Transfer Duty.
These fees will be detailed to you on your preliminary statement so you know exactly what is required at settlement prior to confirming our appointment to act for you.
*Our low fixed priced fee provides you with a comprehensive and professional service to complete the settlement of a standard WA Residential Real Estate Contract of Sale, providing that you are the named buyer or legally named registered proprietor on the Title and are located in Australia at the time of settlement. Excludes contracts without an issued Title such as off the plan or subdivisional/vacant land and Contracts over $2 Million, please contact us for a quote.
Verification of Identity.
We complete verification of identity requirements at our office or Perth metro area free of charge by appointment. For clients unable to visit our office or remote, you may be required to complete VOI at our authorised partner - Australia Post (costs apply).
We undertake the complete range of services that are available under the Settlement Agents Act.
We are fully Licensed to provide you with these services and as a client you are covered by our Professional Indemnity Insurance.
